In the event of an exchange, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. You will be provided with a pre-paid tracking label to print and affix to your return. Amelia Aesthetics will not be held responsible for lost returns.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find that any part of your order is defective, damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately by email at support@askamelia.com. We will happily address any issue and make it right as soon as possible. Any details and photos you can provide will enable our team to assist you better.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales in these instances are final, and non-returnable.
In the event of a refund, we will return the appropriate funds to the method of payment on file with your order. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once submitted on our end.
